At Lefrancois Engineering, we believe great engineering is about more than just technical expertise—it’s about people, communities, and the landscapes we call home.  Founded by Michael Lefrancois, he brings to the firm over two decades of local experience in civil engineering, land planning, regulatory compliance and design. We are licensed in both Nevada and California and primarily operate in the Tahoe/Truckee region.

Our civil engineering services cover a wide range, including residential and commercial development, infrastructure design, and best management practices. We specialize in subdivision and ski resort design, campus improvements, and construction support services. Our utility engineering services include expertise in water, sewer, and dry utilities, utilizing trenchless technologies for efficient solutions. We also handle TRPA entitlements and permits with a focus on agency processing.
