Board Election Ballot for 2023-2025 Term

One ballot per member company.

Seats are for a 3-year term beginning 1/1/2023 and ending 12/31/2025.

DAVE GOVE (Incumbent)

I would like to ask for your vote to elect me as a member of the CATT Board of Directors. Truckee, CATT, and the community at large have treated me well in my time here and I feel compelled to participate toward our mutual success. 

As a building and real estate professional, I am in tune with the needs of the membership and am well-versed in the issues we face. As a graduate of both the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe Leadership Program and the NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute, I have the experience necessary for this role and am ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.

PETER GREENBERGER (Incumbent)

CATT is the most dynamic and influential organization in the Truckee/Lake Tahoe area and I am proud to have been a member for the past 15 years.  I have served as CATTPAC Vice-Chairman for 8 years, member of the Housing Committee for 2 years and as a Board President in the past. In a successful effort to convince the Placer County Board of Supervisors to fund a Permit Process Manager position, Pat Davison and I had individual meetings with every Supervisor.  I have represented CATT at Placer County Supervisors, Truckee Town Council, Planning Commission, and PUD Board meetings.  It would be an honor to continue to represent hard-working CATT members for the next 3 years. ENRIQUE LOPEZ (Incumbent)

I am asking for your support and vote for the CATT Board. I am very excited to have this opportunity because of the great work that CATT does for our community and the many opportunities it has provided businesses.

I am a hard worker who is very committed to doing my best in any endeavor that I take on. I have strived to create a successful excavation and snow removal business and through that work have created many connections with other construction and business owners. Additionally, I have served in many volunteer roles in the Tahoe Truckee community which has enabled me to create many connections. 

I look forward to the opportunity to use my connections to help with fundraising for various CATT events. I also feel strongly about pulling in more Mexican-American-owned businesses into the organization. There are many people in our construction community that I would like to help have a voice.

MATT MEDE

I am seeking your vote for the CATT Board. As a general contractor, we started building and remodeling in the Truckee area in 2016 and became a CATT member a few years thereafter. My CATT membership introduced me to great people, great events, and great adjectives. As we all know our industry and activities are a huge contributor to the local economy and community. We also know that we must be involved in order to keep our voices heard and be recognized. In addition to community involvement, I like to advocate for the industry by helping new builders and contractors establish themselves by helping them obtain licenses, establish businesses and guide them through the process of becoming an organized and respected professional. I am happy to join the CATT board and assist the existing membership further its goals and maintaining its respected position. Thank you.

I ask for your vote to elect me to the CATT Board for the following reasons: The first one is, I'm dedicated to serving my community through the work and duties that my company serves. I strive to be the best in anything I do. I also very much like to work with others with the same mindset. I would like to contribute in any way I can to the CATT Board. For the last seven years, I have maintained a great relationship with most vendors and contractors in Lake Tahoe and its surrounding cities in both California & Nevada. I’ve donated for past events in the community like Arts for The Schools in Truckee & in Nevada towards America Volunteers. I'm in a position where a large number of contractors have access to me and can voice their concerns, which I can bring back to the Board. Thank you for your consideration, and please vote for me.
